helpful staff fresh fruit nice pastries
the staff was wonderful and helpful. one of them carried my bag up the stairs, that was really nice. the breakfast had fresh fruit and pastries.
the water pressure in the shower wasnt great.

charming stay, great value!

warm room modern bathroom comfy bed proper key
the welcome from the staff in the bar area was very nice. upstairs, the room felt warm and was very well equipped. it featured a comfy bed, a sleek modern bathroom, and a huge tv. lots of hanging space. i especially liked that i got a proper key!
i did find that the rooms were a little small, and there was no lift.

The location was great and easy to get to from the motorway. Plus there were a lot of nice looking local restaurants nearby, super convenient. the area felt quiet.

the car park was a big plus, although i noted it was a bit hard to access due to tradespeople working nearby. breakfast was continental, with muesli, berries, jams, pastries, and juices. fresh toast and excellent coffee were brought right to the table!

Really good Stay!

helpful staff perfect location excellent dinner free parking
Michael helped me with my luggage up the stairs! The location was very nice. Dinner and the bar were superb. Breakfast had lovely berries. Parking was free for the hotel guests. I appreciated this. The hotel also had a quiet beer garden!
There was no lift, and I had to carry my bags up the stairs. No decaf coffee was available in my room, a shame.

right choice for a stay

central location free parking fruit pastries
location was in the heart of merchant city. it had lots of restaurants nearby. they had enough free parking for the six rooms at the hotel. continental breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries.
i wasnt told about the three flights of stairs. it was heavy going with my suitcases. the elderly will struggle with no warning. there wasnt a glass in the bathroom.

The staff offered a warm welcome (. My room was nice and neat. The location proved ideal for exploring local attractions.
Carrying my luggage up the several flights of stairs was a bit challenging. I wish I had known about it in advance.

the room was super clean and had tea and coffee. the location was great and easy to reach. the staff was super friendly and helpful.
there was no lift. the room was on the top of a huge staircase. water pressure was poor, and i didn't have a decent shower.
